This reel contains the minutes from three volumes: March 2, 1867 to July 24, 1880, December 17, 1881 to the first quarter, January 10, 1885, and December 17, 1887 to August 1, 1891. The third volume is badly damaged with one-third destroyed. Reports on the state of the church, the state of the Sunday schools, and complaints appear in a question and answer format. Included in the first volume is a memoriam for Joseph M. Scott who died on April 17, 1877 (p. 93) and a list of churches in the conference and how much they pay to support the ministry.
